Sumitomo Machinery Corporation of America is pleased to announce the offering of our Easy-Grip
TM keyless shaft-mounting system for our smaller right-angle products: Hyponic, BBB-H, and Fortress, starting February 3, 2020.
Easy-Grip
TM will significantly reduce greatly spares requirements by allowing a single unit to be used with multiple bushing kits in a variety of bore sizes. An added benefit is the ability to use shrink discs with commercial shaft tolerances, again saving money and boosting reliability. Lastly, an easier installation process in combination with the near elimination of fretting corrosion further enhances the customer experience.
